Public Hearing onPleasant Square Fire Dept. continued: Asking %5, 4%, and 4% for a 3 year contract. For 2019-$ 115,500.00, for 2020 $ 120,120.00, and for 2021 $124,924.80.

Tim Rizzo: Questionedif Equipment list from highway had been updated and filed: Jack said list wasupdated.

T. J. Bradt is retiringin April so Tim Stated the board should look into his replacement now. Jack Wilson said deputy would move up untilan election in the fall which is the normal process. Tim asked if the position had to be electedor could be appointed. Leah Everhartsaid she would have to look into it. Jack Wilson said it would have to be put to a Public Referendum tochange it.

The County mowingcontract was for two cuttings and the Town mowed three times so Tim feelscounty should compensate the town for the additional mowing if they authorizedit.

Tim asked who worked onthe budget: Was told Jack, Walt and Clyde.

Tim had talked with anotherinsurance Co. about insurance for the town. He said NYMIR contract is due inSeptember of each year and presentation to town is done in September so thereis no time to change. Matter should be brought up in March so comparison can bedone. Jack agreed that review ofinsurance can be brought up in March.

Tim asked about sharedservices meetings. Jack stated it is a countyprogram. Tim said town does shared services also. Jack says town hasn’t had meeting for sharedservices. Tim feels shared services withcities is more beneficial than those with county.

Tim would like to knowhow Senate Bill # 1411 for Fireman’s cancer insurance will affect the town.

Walt Lane: QuestionedTim regarding use of Shared services vs. Consolidation. Tim used going to countywide assessing asconsolidation. Walt requested usingshared services and not consolidation when referring to town and county/cityhelping each other.

Walt also questionedTim on status of Grant. Claims he requestedan overview 2 months ago and hasn’t received anything. Tim said was in draft stage and not ready forboard to comment on. Walt claims themonies haven’t been awarded for grant as yet, but Tim said state has set asidethe monies already.

Daryl: Made statement that Shared Services are atthe county level in order to get state monies.

Highway Payroll: $ 34,178.00

Mr. Van Goeder(NYMIR) gave board informationon Cyber Security Insurance. To addCyber Breach coverage would add $484.00 to premium. Walt Lane feels board needs to check oursystems for back up being done currently before decision is made.

Security Cameras: G& S Solutions only estimate returned. Don VanDuesen asked if it will cover sufficiently for future use withonly 4 cameras. Don also has another estimate he will forward to the board.

Leah Everhart broughtup that the new sexual harassment policy requires training every January.Beneficial to adopt the state form in order to meet the requirements necessary.
