PUBLIC COMMENT:
Brandon Rowback: Representing the four fire companies(Meco, Pleasant Sq., Sir William and Sammonsville).
They would like a meeting with the full board to discuss consolidation of the companies.
All four companies are for consolidation, but want a study done prior toany action.
Tim Rizzo stated that if all members of the board attend it is a Public Meeting.
Leah agreed and stated the meeting would have to be made public.

Motion to accept theminutes of the last regular board meeting made by Tim Rizzo.

REPORTS:

Highway: Agreement to spend highway funds for paving of Hales Mills Ext., Hales Mills,
Heagle Rd., Little Rd, Fon Clair, Bush, Chamberlain and Stoller.
CHIPS money isapproximately 207,000.00.

Res. 2019-51: Motionmade by Jack Wilson to spend highway funds for paving
on Hales Mills Ext.,Hales Mills Rd., Heagle Rd. Little Rd., Fon Clair St., Bush Rd.,
Chamberlain Dr.,and Stoller Rd.

Discussion: Tim Rizzoasked when work will be done on Oakleaf Circle.
T. J. Bradt said patching would be done by town crews on other roads this summer.

Res. 2019-52: Motion made by Walt Lane to put concrete/asphalt contract out to bid per specifications.

T. J. Bradt stated4/1/19 the highway crew will be having their refresher course
on mining safetyat the garage.

There are new regulations that require training courses for heavy equipment operators
to be certified. Currently no dates available for the training, but T. J. is looking into it.
Course will certify operator for 5 years.

Quote for new plowtruck for 2020 delivery.

Res. 2019-53: Motion made by Walt Lane to award contract for purchase of
2020 HV507SFA 4x4 International truck with plow, wing , and installed dump box
for $ 199,245.00 under the Onandaga Contract.
Delivery scheduled for 1/1/20 with monies from the 2020 budget.

2nd: Don Van Duesen

Discussion: T. J. Bradttold the board another 2001 truck will need replacement
the following year. Tim Rizzo asked if truck for 2020 being order now because of build time.
Don Van Duesen questioned talking possibilities of financing truck.
Clyde Nellis told board the John Deere tractors will be paid off by then so bond could be taken out on truck.

Nancy Hart updated the Board on the projects out at the Animal Shelter;
She will meet with Sean Dooling on 3/21/19 at 8:00 AM and is waitng a return call
from Old Dog Contractors.

CREG grant: Jack Wilsonis working with Kristen Koenig to prepare.

Water and SewerDistrict creation to hook up Town Hall to City system
has been approved by the county Board of Supervisors.
District may extend to Hales Mills Rd. County now owns sewer line on Hales Mills Rd.

Jack Wilson stated he gave maps/plans to three engineering firms to extend water districts
on ElmwoodAve Ext. and Myrtle Ave.

Tim Rizzo questionedwater availability on Fon Clair Terrace. Line for Rte. 67 district runs up through there.
