PUBLIC COMMENT:

Sheriff Giardino:Introduced new Undersheriff, Dan Izzo. Approval was given for County wide School Resource Officer in 5Districts by the County Board of Supervisors. Four positions were also approved to add to the Sheriff’s Dept.

Motion made by WaltLane to approve minutes of last regular meeting.

Highway: T. J. Bradtnot present

Code Enforcer: SeeAttached. Letter also received from TownHealth Officer recommending removal of tires at Rte. 67 residence due to riskof mosquito borne illnesses. House appearsto be abandoned currently.

Councilman:

Tim Rizzo: Want to seeall Department Reports standardized and accomplishments reported in addition tothe data.

Tim also wrote letterto the Editor for Leader Herald regarding Aspen Water Leak. He feels City WaterDepartment should be responsible for the bill and not the residents per thecontract agreement for maintenance.

Jack Wilson stated hehad talked with the District Attorney regarding pursuing criminal action butthe statute of limitations is up for doing so. The old contract stated Town would pay by master meter, but New Contractwill be actual house meter usage only.

Walt Lane: Asked if TimRizzo had read the Water Contract? Walt agrees Water Dept. should have lookedfor leak per contract, but disagrees with Tim Rizzo stating must be done in 24Hrs. Walt also wanted to acknowledge the roads where he lives have been wellcared for this winter.

Josh Katz of Onyx Solarupdated the Board on Solar project at Whitcavitch property. They are waiting for National Grid tocomplete their part and should be operational by end of March. Change in financing now that project iscompleted and need resolution for Jack Wilson to sign new agreement.

Res. 2018-45: Motion made by Daryl Baldwin to authorizeJack Wilson, Supervisor, to sign addendum to Onyx Solar Contract subject toapproval from Town Attorney.

Jack Wilson stated FTHGTrailer Park has been taken over by the bank and the Town Justice Audit wascompleted and mailed in.

Jack also asked theboard to approve rejoining the Adirondack Park Local Review Board Agency for $300.00. They are the watchdog for theAdirondack Park.
