Motion made by Walt Lane to accept the minutes of the last regular meeting.

Highway Payroll: $53,667.00

BID OPENING: General Contractor Kucel: $161,510.00 (Entire project including ad ons)

General Contractor Steven Miller: $104,366.00(Per Proposal and scope)

Kasselman Solar: $ 48.890.00

Albany Solar Solutions: $ 37,490.80 Net using applied grant from NYSERTA for
$ 8,432.00

I.T. TAGSolutions: $41,111.52

Tim Rizzo stated project is approximately $182,000.00 with ad ons.

Motion made by Tim Rizzo for holding a workshop for acceptance of bid
on March 6, 2019 at 4:30 PM.

WATER DISTRICTS:Berkshire District wasn’t expanded and three more residences were added
that are outside the district so Berkshire needs to be expanded to include them,
and also Lexington house. Need to set up New District for Myrtle Ave. area
(possibly included in Smart Waters) Route 349 and Barker Road
can be expanded to T-bone into existing line off Elmwood Ave. Ext.

Jack Wilson stated need to get a Map Plan and Report to expand the districts.

Leah Everhart said are solution with “Up to Amount” is needed for Engineer for project
and is subject to Permissive Referendum. She recommended Jack Wilson seek proposals
from engineers for work to determine possible costs.

Must be broken down into individual districts for each expansion.

ROUTE 67 WATERLINES: County has water district completed: Residents can now connect
for 1.2 times the water rate by callingWater Dept. in city.

Res- 2019-44: Motion made by Jack Wilson to accept the Collective Bargaining Agreement
for the Highway Employees.

TOWN WEBSITE: REVIZE, $1,500.00 to build and $1,500.00 to maintain per year.

Res: 2019-45: Walt Lane made motion to enter into a contract with REVIZE for 4 years.

Discussion: Tim Rizzo feels a local company should be hired as REVIZE is out of Michigan.
Leah Everhart questioned if the 4 years was a solid term or was cancelation earlier possible.
Daryl Baldwin stated he would consult with the firm and if cancellation isn’t available
then they would not execute the contract.

FIRE COMPANY EFFICENCY STUDY: To access feasibility of consolidation of Fire Companies
and what is best way to do it.

Res. 2019-46: Motion made by Walt Lane to get a grant to authorize Supervisor to hire
an engineering firm for consultation of Fire Company consolidation in the Town.

2nd: JackWilson

Discussion: Tim Rizzo asked to see application form for the grant. Jack Wilson stated
he got the information from the Division of Government Services.
Tim feels this is a progressive grant so would like to see actual application.
Leah Everhart said CREG grant will fund 50%for study only and will be used to look to see
if re-organizing number of fireprotection districts is beneficial.

Res. 2019-47: Motion made by Walt Lane to reappoint Richard Goebel to fill his term
from 1/1/18 to 12/31/22 and reappoint Ernie Niforos for a term from 1/1/19 to 12/31/23.

Res. 2019-48: Motion made by Daryl Baldwin to appoint Denis Wilson as Chairman
on the Zoning Board for 2019 and Joe Cirillo as Vice Chairman.

Walt Lane stated there is an opening on the Board of Assessment Review.
